Born on July 16th 2001 Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about filmmaking. Those are just a few words that describe Marcus Barbary, experienced Production Assistant. Since graduating from Eaglecrest High School in Centennial, CO Barbary has worked as a Production Assistant on a number of film projects, including a film directed by Destin Tucker (son of comedian and actor, Chris Tucker). He’s also edited and helped in the creative process as producing music videos as well as edited a few news pieces while working with an Emmy Award winning journalist. He has also completed a filmmaking course at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Barbary has an extremely creative imagination. He easily creates characters and story plots. This talent comes naturally for him perhaps because as a child he had serious health issues and often spent time alone, finding creative ways entertain himself. But it was also those challenging times which helped Barbary focus on his passion to become a filmmaker. He loves the entire filmmaker process. His ultimate dream is to work on Marvel films. Barbary is eager to build on his experiences to fulfill his goals. He values hard work and pays attention to detail.
